Born and raised in the Midwest, Mira Taliaferro is a Kansas City based multimedia artist and animator. They work within a variety of processes, such as stop-motion, paper puppet-making, and hand-drawn 2D animation.

Mira is currently pursuing their MFA in Animation at the Savannah College of Art and Design. They work at the Kansas City Art Institute as an instructional assistant.
